Synopsis
I was reincarnated into a novel I had read before I died.
And not just as anyoneโI became a disposable extra who dies a gruesome death at the hands of an assassin sent by the villainous older sister after trying to protect the heroine right in front of her!
While everyone else was obsessed with the heroine, I had been completely captivated by the villainous older sister instead. She was charismatic, cool, andโif you looked past the surfaceโsurprisingly kind. I had been her biggest fan all along!
Since things have turned out this way, I’ll escape my fate as the heroine’s first sacrificial victim and seduce the villainous older sister into becoming my ally!
So I willingly became her devoted follower, trailing after her everywhere like her personal fangirl…
The thing is, even though this older sister is notoriously cold and vicious, she’s genuinely sweet to the people she considers her own.
“Ellie, your little hands are all scraped up! This is the kind of thing I should be doing!”
“I’ll make you the most dazzling debutante of the season, Ellie.”
“That bastard was flirting with you?! How dare he try something with my one and only friend?!”
Once the villainous older sister opened her heart to me, she turned out to be an overprotective friend who would do absolutely anything for the people she cared about.
But then…
“Lady Ellinea… that ability you just used… could it be the Darkness Attribute?”
After saving me during an unexpected carriage accident, Grand Duke’s son Theor mistakes my dark magic for the same darkness attribute that he possesses.
And then…
“How do you know about the power I possess?”
Because I’d read the original novel, I accidentally let slip that I knew about Crown Prince Lloyd’s secret ability, drawing his attention.
To make matters worse…
“Lady Ellinea possesses both the Light and Darkness Attributes. She is the divine representative chosen by God.”
The youngest High Priest witnesses my dark magic’s healing abilities, suddenly claims to have received a divine revelation, and starts telling everyone that I’m God’s chosen representative.
…Excuse me?
This healing power isn’t a Light Attribute ability at all.
It’s just my dark magic…
